 This veteran and minority owned consulting firm wanted to do something for the family members and caregivers of bedridden patients.

JBS helped them develop their launch strategy for The Bedridden Loved One Foundation.  
 

This small start up had a proprietary method for identifying medication non-adherence.  We helped them conduct a nationwide survey of over 5,000 US consumers to validate their method and built a Patient Adherence Prediction Index (PAPI).  

This small Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning organization was already successful in the pharmaceutical industry as a trusted data analytic firm.  They wanted BioPharma Advisors help in penetrating the managed care data analytic market.  

This Corporation was preparing it's 2020 strategic business plan and asked BioPharma Advisors to conduct a strategic assessment of its products, services and grow plans. 

This ambulatory Electronic Health Record (EHR) wanted to assess the potential for entering a new market and did not have the experience or expertise to evaluate the strategic value of the investment.  They worked with BioPharma Advisors to build the business case and seek venture capital to start up this new market entry.  

Premier is the largest Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) in the US and has one of the largest healthcare data sets in the world.  Their Applied Life Sciences team was looking for ways to rapidly expand their presence within Life Science organizations through improved product offerings and scaled business development efforts.
